Come along and get educated about birth and breastfeeding with a local doula and lactation consultant (IBCLC). I offer birth and breastfeeding education for families in the Penrith area, running Calmbirth Classes and breastfeeding support services. I offer these services to help educate, inspire and improve your confidence around birth and breastfeeding. Calmbirth is an incredible, evidence based, trusted childbirth education program created specifically with the intention of informing couples so that they can have beautifully positive birthing and parenting experiences.
The calmbirth motto is ‘With Knowledge Comes Confidence‘. I have absolutely seen this happen! However birth happens, it can be a positive, enriching and empowering experience, especially if you have the knowledge and support to make it so. Calmbirth is highly acclaimed, recommended and trusted and was the first childbirth education program in Australia to acknowledge the relationship between the mind and body in birth. Consequently, Calmbirth uses relaxation techniques and working with physiology to improve birth experiences.
